storyboard
Underneath we have created a sort guild line in the form of a story board as this is a good way to get the ideas onto paper before they are changed or forgotten.
Risk Assessment:
Alcohol - The consumption of alcohol by the actors in the film means that the entire process of filming carries dangers because of health risks and troubles with coordinated movements such as walking. Also there is a danger that the liquids will be spilt on the camera equipment which meaning it will break and the footage that would have been captured would be lost.
Setting - parts of the film include using the stairs for filming, this puts both the cameraman and the actors used at danger because a fall could cause serious injury. to avoid this, people should wear gripping shoes or socks to prevent them falling.
Activities - For one clip in the film, a game of darts is shown to be played, though we plan to take maximum precautions when handling the darts, there is a possibility of harm if someone were to be hit by a dart. The danger will be increased as the people throwing them are going to be drinking, to avoid any danger to people involved this segment of the filming will be completed the next day to ensure that no harm will come to people involved.
Lighting - To improve the quality of our filming we plan to use artificial lighting, though there is little chance of these catching fire it is a possibility in which case they carry a risk. To avoid fires starting the lights will only be on for the duration of the filming, before and after that they will be off to prevent them overheating.

Shot list
Underneath is a shot list that will also be used during filming as it will help the cameraman/woman to remember what shot they will need. Also this will help in the editing part of the film as it shows what order the shots will need to be in when piecing the film together.
